Case Study: Back to School Survival Kit

Client: ALC

THE CHALLENGE 

ALC provides Special Transportation resources to supplement school districts. Back to school time is always hectic while assessing needs and settling into routines, so ALC wanted to send a mailer to school districts to remind them of their services and let them know about their transportation programs should the need arise. 

THE SOLUTION 

A mailer box was constructed that included several school-related products with clever encouraging sayings that correlated with the products ("the cup is half full"), and Starbucks card and candy for when the recipient needed a little more than positivity. Also included was ALC's contact info to remind them that they were there to help if the gift kit was not enough. 

THE RESULTS 

The results were an outpouring of appreciation for the gift, especially since they came at an opportune time. Customers also took the opportunity to thank ALC for the great service they had performed and pass along praise for their account managers.
