Case Study: Dipping Dog Tray

Client: The Balvenie

THE CHALLENGE 

Balvenie was looking for an upscale way to present their handcrafted whiskey to patrons. 

THE SOLUTION 

We created a tray made of one piece of wood with a char treatment, laser engraving and etched a line down the middle of the tray to mimic 2 staves of wood put together. In addition, we created a pocket meant to hold a handmade pure copper dipping dog (these were used in the old days when distilling the liquor), a slit pocket with foam flocking to hold the insert card and a double glass pocket. The inside pocket holds a Balvenie Glencarin glass, and an exterior pocket that can hold any standard rocks glass. 

THE RESULTS 

We created 3,000 the first time and it was such a success, PromoShop is already working on another 500!
